We can provide a comprehensive Short Listing service!

  • To save you even more time and money we also offer an interviewing / short listing service. In this package our qualified recruitment professionals rate and rank all your candidates for you, and short list the top five. We coordinate interview specifics for your short list of candidates, providing you with a detailed overview on each candidate that includes: transcript of telephone interview, behavioural test results, resumes and reference checks.
  • This provides you with skills matched and behavioural tested candidates who are going to fit your organisational culture and be a long-term asset to your business. Best of all there is no ‘percentage of salary’ fee! Instead, you pay ONE low flat fee of just $1,950 for ALL of the above for up to five candidates, plus $650 for each candidate you employ.

We coordinate Assessment Days!

  • When you have a large number of applications for a position, an Assessment Day can be a time and cost effective means of screening and comparing candidates. Additionally, it’s important to push past the paperwork and really get to know the applicants before making that all-important hiring decision.
  • Assessment Days allow employees to evaluate candidates based upon behavioural assets, occupational knowledge and computer skills. Candidates are also asked to carry out workplace scenarios and give impromptu presentations, enabling the employer to get close and personal with the individual’s skills set.

We offer a range of Job-Fit and Personality Testing services!

  • How can you be sure someone is really going to fit with your organisation? At Employment Office we offer a range of job-fit and personality testing services that can help make you feel assured the most impressive candidate is also going to be the right candidate, long-term.
  • You can also trial the McQuaig Job Definition Survey for free. Completed by a HR manager or another employee involved in the role you’re recruiting for, this respected survey provides a behavioural definition of the requirements of the job, making it easier for you to select the right candidates. We include one FREE trial for all new candidates.

We let you keep your database!

  • Your applicants are your applicants. You will receive the contact details of every applicant and are free to make immediate contact or keep their details on file for if you have similar roles in the future. We can even give you access to an online database of all applicants that you can rate, rank and effectively manage in the future (for more information on this, please refer to our Employer Login page.

We can keep your secrets!

  • No one has to know that your organisation is looking for staff – if you’d prefer, your advertisements can remain completely anonymous, so your existing staff, applicants and competitors won’t know your plans.
