The Online Form completed by the applicants allows for quick screening. Also, the whole campaign is tracked by Employment Office with regular calls for feedback and assistance.
One of the biggest benefits for me is that Employment Office’s system thanks applicants for applying and also contacts unsuccessful applicants at the end of the campaign to inform them, saving me that task. This is obviously a huge time saver, considering how many applications we had."
