The CMS dramatically enhances your management of candidate applications.

The pivotal feature of the CMS is the candidate-ranking tool. This is designed to be simple to use and afford you the opportunity to provide a quick method of comparing suitability of candidates using a consistent yardstick. Once a candidate’s answers have been ranked, a percentile ‘score’ is assigned as a measure of their suitability to the role. This provides a consistent basis for creating a numerically ranked list of all candidates.

There is also capacity to add notes to a candidate’s folder and each entry is date stamped and linked to the staff member who makes the entry. This includes the contact status and communication outcomes. Such features are ideal in an organisation where more than one staff member is involved in the recruitment process (e.g. HR Manager and a Line/Branch Manager).

At its most basic level, your login for nominated stakeholders will enable them to access features including:

  • View current recruitment campaigns;
  • View statistics (number of applications etc);
  • View applications;
  • View candidates (for current jobs and archived jobs);
  • View archived jobs;
  • Rate candidate applications (e.g. low to high) to achieve percentage score per candidate.

Our system also has enhanced features and capabilities, such as auto-rating, auto-filtering, the ability for candidates to book themselves into interview timeslots nominated by recruiters, and comprehensive reporting.
