Employment Office Appoints Interview Specialist

Recruitment marketing specialist, Employment Office has appointed Faye Kennedy as the leading Interview Specialist within the company’s global head quarters.

In her new role, Ms Kennedy will further develop Employment Office’s screening and short-listing services, tailoring the process to ensure clients find the best applicants quickly.

Prior to joining the organisation, Ms Kennedy was the National Recruitment and Training Coordinator for Employment Office’s joint venture partner Flight Centre.

Since Flight Centre joined forces with Employment Office last year, Ms Kennedy has worked closely with both organisations to revolutionise the travel giant’s recruitment process.

In particular, Ms Kennedy assisted in the integration of Employment Office’s innovative Candidate Management System (CMS), which enables employers to rate, manage and contact job applicants online.

After two months of development, the CMS became Flight Centre’s only global recruitment tool, benefitting teams in Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada and South Africa.

During her six years with Flight Centre, Ms Kennedy’s career has flown skywards having been promoted from a HR Specialist to supporting sales teams throughout Australia.

Ms Kennedy is now looking forward to her next career challenge with Employment Office, where she will continue to grow the company’s interviewing and short-listing service.
